Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us up to 24 hours before your session starts. Packages bookings policy When purchasing a package, book your first-hour session immediately. The remaining two hours will be scheduled with your practitioner at the end of your first session. If you prefer to book all sessions upfront, contact us after payment, and we'll arrange it. Sessions depend on availability, with a maximum of two sessions (two hours) per day. Packages expire three months after purchase.
